Exchange and Return Policy

Return Policy

Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided by Winningstar in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the customer so desires, with a refund of the product value within seven days following the date of receipt. The consumer has no right to return it after seven days have passed, subject to the following conditions:


The consumer ships the returned product to Winningstar and bears the shipping costs.

Shipping and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount to the consumer.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition and in the same packaging as received, and must not have been used or otherwise utilized. Winningstar reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting a return to ensure its integrity.

The amount will be refunded to the customer after the product arrives and is inspected. The refund period takes from 7 to 14 days from the date the product is received by Winningstar and its condition is confirmed, minus the shipping fees shown above.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


If the product becomes defective due to improper possession or use by the consumer.

Replacement Policy

Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by Winningstar for another product, with payment or a refund of the price difference (if any) within seven days following the date of receipt of the product. The consumer has no right to exchange after seven days have passed, subject to the following conditions:


The consumer ships the product to be exchanged to Winningstar and bears the shipping costs, in addition to the shipping costs of the new product.

The product to be exchanged must be in its original, undamaged condition and in the same packaging as it was received, and must not have been used or otherwise utilized. Winningstar reserves the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its integrity.

The new product will be shipped to the customer after the product to be replaced arrives and is inspected. The shipping and delivery period will be the same as the period applied in the shipping policy.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:


If the product becomes defective due to improper possession or use by the consumer.

Cancellation Policy

Without prejudice to the terms of the contractual and statutory warranty, the customer is not entitled to cancel an order after confirmation. Winningstar reserves the right to cancel an order after confirmation only if the product is unavailable or in the case of a pre-order. In this case, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.


Customers can contact customer service if they wish to cancel an order to discuss the possibility of canceling it if it has not been shipped or prepared by the shipping company.
